About Chris

I’m one of the very who survived the Dot Com bust, and moved to to Austin, TX in July 2002. Since I moved to Austin, I’ve worked for Motorola and Freescale Semiconductor before founding Austin Web Development.

I’ve been doing web development and Windows/Linux System administration since 1996. Since then I have worked for several small businesses, the United States government, and a Mega-Corp.

From 2002 through 2004 I worked for Motorola developing Web based applications, running high availability website, and architecting / maintaining their Global LDAP rollout.

Aside from computers, I enjoy Tae Kwon Do; I am a 1st degree black belt, and a certified ProTech instructor.  I hold several degrees; I have a BS in Computer Science Franciscan University of Steubenville and a Masters Degree in Computer Information System from the University of Phoenix.

Where else can you find me?
