05.Module spacing detection

(2) material, shape, front diameter and grinding frequency of electrode (also known as welding needle);
(3) optimization of process parameters, such as welding current, welding voltage, welding time, pressure, etc.;
(4) cleanliness and flatness of welding surface.
In the process of resistance welding, the equipment generally has monitoring of welding parameters, if the parameters are abnormal, the equipment will automatically alarm. Because there are many factors affecting welding quality, welding failure can only be judged by parameter monitoring. In the actual production control, the welding effect will be re-checked and confirmed by manual inspection of appearance and manual transfer of bus-bar.
Glue in the application of modules, there are two general purposes: one purpose is to fix the cell, the main focus of glue adhesion, shear strength, aging resistance, life and other performance indicators; Another use is to transfer the heat of the cell and module through the heat-conducting adhesive, mainly emphasizing the thermal conductivity of the glue, aging resistance, electrical insulation, flame retardant and other performance indicators. Because the purpose of glue is different, the performance and formula of glue are also different, the method and equipment of glue making process are different. In the selection of glue and glue making process, the following three points need to be considered:
A: safety and environmental performance of the glue: try to choose the non-toxic and non-smelly glue, which can not only protect the operator, but also protect the user, and can better protect the environment, which is also the goal of new energy development.
B: dry time of the glue table: in order to improve the production efficiency, it is generally hoped that the shorter the dry time of the glue table, the better. In the actual production process, if the glue table dry time is too short, due to the factors such as material, equipment abnormalities, will lead to a lot of waste of glue; It is also possible that due to the operator's untimely treatment, the equipment will be blocked due to the short time of glue curing, and the cable will be stopped in serious cases. According to experience, as far as possible to control the table dry time to 15 ~ 30 minutes is reasonable.
C: the amount of glue: the amount of glue is mainly determined by the product and process to meet the requirements of the product. At present, the commonly used gluing process is a little bit of glue, glue coating, glue spraying and pouring, each process requires different equipment. When gluing, attention should be paid to the control of the amount of glue so as to avoid the overflow of glue and affect other processes.
11.Building insulation board
The cover insulation board is used to insulate the bus bar of the module. In process design, it should be noted that the insulation board should not be higher than the upper edge of the support, and the gap between the insulation board and the frame of the support should be less than 1 mm.
12.Module EOL testing
EOL test (end of line) is the key link of quality control in the production process. It is mainly conducted for the special characteristics of modules. The main test items are:

E: appearance inspection.
Test items are generally increased or decreased according to the requirements of customers and products, among which safety testing items are indispensable.
13.Into Pack assembly or warehousing
EOL tested and qualified modules are transferred to Pack assembly process or warehousing as required. Insulation protection is required to protect modules from falling during transportation.
