There are several reasons for this:
1.The nozzle is clogged and the nozzle needs to be cleaned
2.The pressure is too small to increase the pressure
3.The fluid viscosity is too large, the nozzle unit needs to install the heating block
4.The pin type is not right, it doesn't match the nozzle.

Common problems with screw valves:
One, the glue is unstable: there are two kinds of reasons, electrical and control problems

The controller has a problem: program problem, need to replace the chip; The screw and needle are chosen in the wrong type, and the right screw and needle are chosen.
Two, the needle glue does not work when to go down, the reason may be the pressure is too big or the needle that chooses is too big
Three, needles hang plastic: processing method, switch to the right screw, generally small amount of adhesive, the selection of low viscosity 16 screw, large amount of glue viscosity 6 or 8 large selection of screw, increase the absorption time back.
Four,the quantity of glue is small: change use big screw, increase air pressure, increase the voltage of the controller, the voltage is bigger, the more the amount of glue is out.
Five, selection of needles, for some glue will have an impact with the needle, should choose the coating teflon needle, needle type and size of the company in the brochure.
